Direct to consumer We pulled out all the stops to turn consumers on to the AEG promotions. We made a TV commercial and accompanying short videos for targeted advertising on YouTube and other social media. In all tools, including the online banners, we challenged consumers to push their boundaries and choose AEG’s induction and steam kitchen appliances. We ensured they felt supported in every stage of the customer journey. Store footfall, website traffic We directed consumers to a store or to aeg.be for more information or to place an order. The campaign visuals immediately caught the eye of website visitors.We also created a dedicated page to encourage amateur chefs to visit the AEG pop-up showroom, in person or online. The promotions also had a central role here. Because sales success was the number one metric. 14 UPDATE 55
