From preparation to webcast Good preparation is half the job. Our live department sat down with the client to nail down the presentation and scenario for the one-hour hybrid event. Our video team provided the footage for various videos to explain the general tenets of the rebranding and the internal ‘United to inspire’ campaign. The set was dressed with roll-up banners and a fair stand wall completely in the Etex style.We also made sure the technical side of things went smoothly and there were no hitches during the webcast. That ensured that the 350 plus participants could enjoy the show. On the shop floor We also developed a range of offline materials for the shop floor to help employees internalise the changes and bond with the ‘new Etex’. Posters, cut- outs and other tools bring the rebranding to every employee at the Exteriors division, whatever their paygrade. In the campaign we also gave an opportunity to the target groups (architects, roofers and farmers) to express their appreciation for the high-quality products and systems that help them complete their projects to a high spec.
