Pattyn’s business runs on custom- made packaging lines and personalised aftersales care.We packaged that message in an original yet unambiguous visual: a packaging line in the shape of the letter ‘u’. Cross-media narrative We shot the photos for the campaign in our photo studio.We then finalised the visual digitally for cross-media use, including in the companymagazine, on the website, on social media and in product videos. As well as a static visual, we also produced a short video in the same style. Using Pattyn’s customer- centric approach as our template, we also optimised the website user experience.
