Incentive boosts sense of belonging

International growth has led to the creation of various divisions at Van de Velde Packaging. The group CFO invited the financial staff of each division to a two-day team event in Ghent to review the previous year, set out the growth strategy going forward and make sure everyone was on the same page. 

Team-building city break 

Our Eventique section assumed full organising duties. Hospitality, airport shuttle, catering, communication to the 30 or so invitees… Eventique took care of every aspect of the city break/teambuilding fusion to ensure it was a big success from both a work and leisure perspective. And that all invitees were fully up to speed on the Van de Velde Packaging story at the end of the second day.
